The Company is seeking a Deputy Executive Director for Business and Portfolio Management. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the integration of portfolio planning, business relationship management, investment governance, and delivery performance to ensure transparency, accountability, and value realization across the IT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise governance of the IT portfolio, establishing portfolio standards, and advising executive leadership on strategic IT decisions. A core objective is to simplify the IT operating model, reduce complexity, and improve decision-making speed. The role also involves strategic partnership with business stakeholders, shaping demand, and ensuring that IT solutions align with the company's priorities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' progressive IT leadership experience. Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT portfolio management, strategic planning, and a proven track record in developing trusted partnerships are essential. The role requires strong skills in demand and capacity planning, as well as the ability to lead executive-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading high-performing teams, be adept at performance measurement, and have a strong understanding of risk management processes. Professional certifications such as PfMP, PMP, ITIL, Prosci, and Agile are preferred.
