About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key partner to the executive leadership, responsible for shaping and executing financial strategies that support the company's growth and value creation. This hands-on, high-impact role requires a leader with a strong background in a private equity-backed environment, where finance is seen as a driver of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal CFO will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred, and a CPA or CFA designation. They should have at least 10 years' of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within a private equity setting. Key responsibilities for the CFO include long-range financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as leading the company in meeting investor expectations and driving strategic initiatives. The role also involves managing financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations, and overseeing capital and investment management. The CFO will be expected to be a strong leader, capable of building and developing a high-performing finance team, and to have a deep understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
