About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global HR Technology and People Operations to spearhead the evolution of its HR function. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the vision for HR technology and operations, with a focus on enabling strategic growth, operational excellence, and AI-driven transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the HR technology vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards and business priorities. They will also lead the global Workday platform, drive HR technology demand management, and provide executive oversight of major HR technology initiatives to deliver measurable business and employee outcomes. A key aspect of the role is to own the HR change strategy for technology and operations initiatives, driving adoption and embedding new ways of working. Applicants for this role at the company should have significant leadership experience in HR technology, enterprise systems, or HR operations and shared services in a global environment. A strong understanding of how HR technology drives business outcomes and experience in HR data governance and analytics are essential. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree preferred, and expertise in Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will also have experience with complementary HR tools, AI, automation, Lean process improvement, and change management in complex environments.
