School Nurse

Overview: School Nurse for 2026/2027 school year.
Compensation: LPN - $40/hourly, RN - $46 hourly
Job Responsibilities:
- Provided 1:1 nursing care for a kindergarten-aged student with specialized medical needs.
- Accompany the student during transportation between home and school.
- Monitor and respond to the student's healthcare needs throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with school staff, family members, and healthcare providers as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow physician orders and care plans.
Requirements:
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing in Ohio.
- Experience with tracheostomy care preferred.
- Pediatric experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- CPR Certification
- Knowledge of any state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
