Architectural Drafter / Designer (Full-Time)

We are seeking an Architectural Drafter / Designer to support architectural design development, construction document production, and project coordination throughout various stages of design and construction.

Responsibilities
• Assist in architectural design development and preparation of construction documents
• Create architectural drawings and BIM models using Revit
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards
• Assist with preparation and coordination of documents for NYC DOB and FDNY submissions

Qualifications
• Degree in Architecture or related field preferred
• 3 5 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
• Proficiency in Revit required
• Familiarity with NYC Building Code, DOB filing, and permitting processes preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
