BIM Coordinator / BIM Designer (Full-Time)

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator / BIM Designer to support architectural, engineering, and construction projects through BIM modeling, drafting, document coordination, and project support activities.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain BIM models and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Assist with project documentation, drawing coordination, and design development
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams
• Support project operations, submittals, and document management
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project requirements and applicable standards

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling, drafting, design coordination, or related fields
• Proficiency in Revit required; AutoCAD experience preferred
• Experience with architectural, façade, structural, MEP, or construction projects is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $60,000 $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
