Duties:

- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis

- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals

-Attend court hearings

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida

- experience in litigation and trial work

- Strong legal research and writing skills

- Must have strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills

- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks
