Job Summary

As a Floating Caregiver, you will have the unique opportunity to provide care to multiple clients throughout the day, traveling between different locations in the East and Central Valley of Phoenix (e.g., Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, Tempe, and Glendale). This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible and adaptable, as your schedule will vary based on the specific care plans of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
Ability to drive and safely transport clients; access to a reliable vehicle.
Physical ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles and homes.
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds; occasional movement of client weight up to 200 pounds.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with basic medical equipment (e.g., BP cuff, thermometer).
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
Qualifications

Prior experience in home care or related settings is preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
Demonstrated compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility
Current TB test
CPR and First Aid certification (willingness to obtain relevant certifications if not already held)
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic knowledge of personal care, housekeeping, and meal prep
Free from communicable diseases or conditions that may pose a risk
