As we continue to scale our healthcare operations and digital initiatives, we are seeking a Senior Agile Coach & Scrum Master to lead enterprise Agile transformation and drive high-performance delivery across cross-functional teams.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Remote Senior Agile Coach and Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile transformation, Scrum framework, SAFe, Lean methodologies, and healthcare IT environments. This role will coach teams, mentor leaders, improve Agile maturity, and ensure alignment between business strategy and delivery execution. Key Responsibilities:

Agile Transformation & Coaching

Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives

Coach executives, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams

Implement Agile best practices (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean)

Serve as Scrum Master for multiple distributed Agile teams

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives

Remove blockers and manage impediments

Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint predictability, KPIs)

Improve backlog refinement and sprint execution

Delivery & Strategic Alignment

Align Agile initiatives with healthcare business goals

Partner with IT, operations, and clinical systems teams

Support product roadmap planning and prioritization

Team Development & Mentorship

Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners

Enhance collaboration in remote and hybrid team environments

Requirements
Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformation

Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean

Experience with Agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence

Experience working in healthcare, healthcare IT, health tech, or regulated industries preferred

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
