Quality Specialist [Automotive Manufacturing Experience]

A manufacturing company in Fairfield, Ohio is seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to support and strengthen its quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing and quality systems, with the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or a related manufacturing quality role
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and PPAP required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and support corrective actions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 $100,000 per year (DOE)
