The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive philanthropic agenda, with a focus on gifts of $1,000,000 and above. This role involves close collaboration with senior university leadership, including the President, Provost, Deans, and Health leadership, to ensure that donor interests are in line with institutional goals. The Executive Director will also be a key player in campaign planning, and execution, and will manage a limited portfolio of top-tier principal gift prospects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of development professionals.
