About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global VP of Human Resources to lead the people function across the U.S. and Israel. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing HR strategy in direct support of the company's growth and business goals. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on embedding AI across the HR function, leading end-to-end recruitment, and driving a high-performing global work environment. The VP will also serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning, and will be instrumental in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and designing training and development programs. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a proven track record as a senior HR leader in a high-growth tech or startup environment, with a deep understanding of HR best practices. An operator's mindset, strong leadership skills, and exceptional communication abilities are essential. The ideal candidate will be AI-native, using AI personally to enhance HR workflows, and will be data-driven, using analytics for informed decision-making. Experience in managing cross-border HR challenges and a strong knowledge of U.S. and Israeli labor laws are also required. A BA in HR or a related field is mandatory, with an MA or MBA being an advantage. The role demands a strategic thinker who is people-centric, structured, and culturally aware, capable of leading diverse, international teams.
