About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its rapidly growing team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the execution of corporate and structured finance transactions, as well as collaborating with the Project Finance team on project finance transactions. This role also involves overseeing the development of investment marketing materials, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and investor requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and infrastructure, with a focus on project-based financings, and a preference for those with experience in distributed generation renewables and tax equity structuring. The successful CFO will be a key figure in the company's finance function, building and leading the team, and will be the primary finance voice to the Board. Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial performance, strategy, and key metrics with clarity and confidence are essential. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the CFO expected to be directly involved in driving outcomes and not just overseeing or delegating. Experience across the full finance function, including capital formation, FP&A, and corporate finance leadership, is a meaningful advantage. The company values a candidate with a bias for action, who can operate effectively in a growth phase and is adept at building strategic industry relationships and making disciplined investment decisions.
