About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Nursing to provide visionary, strategic, and operational leadership for its nursing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and the advancement of innovative nursing education. This role involves serving as the Chief Nurse Administrator, leading long-range strategic planning, and overseeing program assessment activities. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and student-centered learning, as well as building and sustaining community and healthcare partnerships. Applicants must have a Master's degree in Nursing, with a preference for a doctoral degree, and a minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in higher education nursing administration. The role requires a current unencumbered RN license and a strong background in nursing education, curriculum development, and academic leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in faculty and student engagement, as well as experience in accreditation processes, strategic planning, and budget management. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to student success, faculty development, and inclusive excellence. The Executive Director will also be expected to have a strong record of scholarship and professional engagement in nursing or healthcare organizations.
