About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in the evolution and scaling of its technology platform. The CTO will be responsible for leading the development and engineering teams, driving architectural strategy, and ensuring the platform meets the needs of both clinicians and patients. This includes scaling and evolving the digital behavioral health application, enhancing the digital experience, advancing clinical data and medical metrics, maturing data and analytics capabilities, and strengthening security, privacy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, strategic approach, and will be a key partner to the product, clinical, and executive teams. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of scaling existing products and platforms. A strong technical background, experience with digital health, telehealth, and SaaS platforms, and a deep understanding of data systems and analytics in a metrics-driven environment are essential. Familiarity with HIPAA and regulated healthcare environments, as well as experience in integrating with EHRs and interoperability standards, is highly valued. The CTO will also be expected to have a strong understanding of AI capabilities as they relate to the behavioral health space and to be adept at building and leading high-performing engineering and data organizations.
