Lotus Technical has a direct role for a CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder for our ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing client located in Lakeville, MN. Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder. This is a clean, organized shop where skilled machinists can take pride in their work, grow their careers, and be treated with respect with little to no employee turnover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate ANCA CNC tool and cutter grinding machines to produce high-precision cutting tools.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine tool design and grinding parameters.
Set up and program ANCA grinders to produce tools that meet customer specifications.
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure tools meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot problems with CNC machines.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve tool design and production processes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on technical or trade-related education.
1 - 3+ years of experience operating CNC tool and cutter grinding machines preferred.
Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) and computer numerical control (CNC) programming.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-precision parts.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
