Shift: Flexible on evening shift hours
Hiring Basis: Direct hire basis

Pay: $28-$38/Hourly/W2

Lotus Technical has a direct role for a CNC Swiss Set-up Machinist for our ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing client located in Lakeville, MN. Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder. This is a clean, organized shop where skilled machinists can take pride in their work, grow their careers, and be treated with respect with little to no employee turnover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and run CNC Swiss machines to produce tight-tolerance, high-quality parts.
Read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T with confidence.
Troubleshoot issues and keep production running efficiently.
Ensure quality standards are met at every stage (ISO 9001:2015).
Take ownership of your work, your machines, and your team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

2+ years of CNC machining experience (Swiss preferred).
Strong setup experience and understanding of machining processes.
Confidence reading prints and applying GD&T.
A leader not just an operator.
Reliable, accountable, and team focused.
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
