Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - 1-2 years of experience preferred.

Required Credentials: - RNs who obtained their RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold an MO, IL, or Compact license require an extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Special Requests: - No local candidates accepted within 75 miles. - No medical marijuana cards accepted.

Unit Details: - Adult patient population. - Cares for patients with COVID, unstable cardiac conditions (HF, a-fib, MI, etc.), and renal failure, including peritoneal dialysis.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend required: 2 shifts every other weekend. For day shift, Saturday and Sunday; for night shift, Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday depending on rotation. - No call.

Floating Requirements: - May float to similar units.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
