Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to work a 5x8 schedule (five 8-hour shifts).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and post-operative care preferred.

• Shift Hours: AM 8.
• Work Schedule: 5x8.

Impacting Patient Care
