Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Client-specific requirement: ability to work a 5x8 schedule (five 8-hour shifts).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and post-operative care preferred.

- Shift Hours: AM 8.
- Work Schedule: 5x8.
