COMPENSATION NOTICE: This is a 100% Commission-Only opportunity. Compensation includes a strong payout for each closed sale plus 12 months of residual income for every client you bring on board.

About the Role:
Are you tired of selling marketing services that clients cancel because the leads are too expensive? At Blue Collar Marketing Group, we help HVAC, roofing, and plumbing companies stop "renting" their leads from Google and start "owning" them through Organic Search Optimization (OSO).

We are seeking an independent, relationship-driven Sales Professional who understands how local service businesses think. If you already know contractors, home service owners, or blue-collar business operators, this may be a strong fit.

What You Will Be Selling:

Organic Search Optimization designed for blue-collar businesses
Blog content and practical search-focused content strategy
Video and social content support for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest

What You Will Do:

Find and contact blue-collar business owners who need better lead generation options
Use phone, email, social media, and existing relationships to start conversations
Present the service, explain the value, and close new client agreements
Focus on sales while our team handles the fulfillment work after the client signs

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not MLM, network marketing, or a recruiting-based opportunity.
