Technical Solutions Manager, gTech Ads Sellside, Customer Experience (English, Korean)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and coding in one or more programming languages.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL/MySQL, and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
- Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups.
- Ability to manage urgent requests and adapt to varying time zones.
- Ability to travel to meet with specific partner and client stakeholders.
- Strong technical leadership, project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
About the job
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
In this role, you will be focused on delivering excellent customer care and make sure things go smoothly for our customers across the globe when they need us most.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around product, data and tools access for internal and external customers.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects.
- Work closely with product managers and software engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products.
- Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end user experience.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
