They must have a firm grasp of financial systems, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices, and be adept at building trust and connecting with people at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include oversight of financial operations, enterprise-wide responsibility for select non-clinical and operational areas, and ensuring that finance effectively supports all facets of the organization. The CFO will work closely with executive and operational leaders, providing thoughtful financial guidance, and analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
