Applicants must have 7-10+ years of sales experience, with a focus on market diversification and new business development, and at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. A proven track record in selling cybersecurity solutions, a strong understanding of cyber risk, security testing methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks are essential. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be excited about breaking into new markets, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. A Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred, along with a background in technical roles such as a cybersecurity auditor. The role requires a candidate who can demonstrate the ability to win business in competitive, unfamiliar markets and lead geographically distributed teams.
