About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal, hands-on leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of all day-to-day financial operations, including treasury, cost accounting, global consolidations, banking relationships, inventory management, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. This executive will have a highly visible position, reporting directly to ownership, and will be tasked with leading finance, accounting, HR, and IT operations across the international organization. The role demands a professional with a strong manufacturing finance background, at least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, and a proven track record in managing global financial operations. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a background in high-volume, asset-intensive manufacturing environments and be adept at driving operational performance, improving margins, and leading large-scale finance functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cost accounting, inventory, treasury, and global consolidations, and experience in supporting international manufacturing operations. A hands-on leadership style, strong operational and strategic acumen, and the ability to manage banking relationships, audits, and external partners are essential. A CPA and/or MBA is strongly preferred, and the role requires a professional who can demonstrate the ability to lead in a stable, growth-oriented manufacturing organization.
