The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its long-standing arts education institution. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, Artistic Director, and a dedicated professional team to ensure the company's mission of providing high-quality, affordable dance education and community impact programs is sustained and expanded. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, organizational assessment, strategic fundraising, revenue diversification, and maintaining the excellence of the company's productions and outreach programs. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a background that includes at least 5 years of senior leadership and management experience, with a strong emphasis on fundraising and financial management. The role demands a leader with superb people skills, the ability to build effective partnerships, and a solid understanding of fiscal management. The ideal candidate will be highly empathetic, with the ability to make sound decisions and lead through ambiguity.
