About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to take on a pivotal role in building and leading the sales function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full revenue engine, including setting and owning annual and quarterly revenue targets, defining the go-to-market strategy, and building a high-performance sales organization. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in B2B technology sales, particularly in the professional services or consulting sector, and a deep familiarity with the AWS ecosystem. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with team leadership and development, establishing and refining a sales process, and managing and growing strategic partnerships. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' B2B technology sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in revenue strategy and execution, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem, including co-sell, Marketplace, and Partner Network. Experience in selling AI/ML, data, or cloud transformation services to mid-market and enterprise clients is essential. The ideal candidate will have exceptional executive presence, the ability to build trusted relationships at the C-suite level, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote-first, distributed, high-growth environment.
