About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to join their Family Office. This key leadership role involves supporting the Principal(s) in a wide range of strategic projects, with a focus on investments and family office management. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, acting as a sounding board in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting, and will be responsible for amplifying the Principal(s)' impact, preempting needs, and providing a pulse on the organization. The Chief of Staff will also be a trusted confidant, managing sensitive projects and confidential information, and will be expected to have a sharp business mind, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to drive outcomes. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, with a proven track record of working with high-performing executives in project management and marketing/communication. Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, family offices, and the broader asset management industry is preferred. The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills, as well as a clear bias for action and the ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and maintaining project initiatives, and must be adept at producing high-quality written and verbal communications. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.
