About the Role

The Company is in search of a mission-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, financial, and cultural leadership, with a focus on building upon the organization's strong foundation and ensuring continued excellence in services for individuals with disabilities. Key responsibilities include partnering with the Board of Directors to develop and execute the strategic vision, leading a large and diverse team, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will also be tasked with overseeing the organization's financial health, budgeting, and operational performance, as well as serving as a passionate ambassador and leading fundraising efforts to diversify revenue streams. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have senior leadership experience in health and human services, nonprofit organizations, or related fields, with a strong background in operational and financial management. Knowledge of Medicaid-funded services and government reimbursement structures is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, grant development, and external relationship building, and will be known for their collaborative leadership style, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills. While experience in IDD services is beneficial, the company is open to candidates from broader human services sectors who demonstrate a genuine commitment to the mission and the ability to lead a complex organization with a large team.
