About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the growth and operational execution of a lower middle market services platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the business, which has an annual revenue of approximately $20M, and managing a large workforce across various operational functions. Key duties include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, as well as maintaining relationships with essential customers, suppliers, and partners. The role also involves sourcing and executing acquisitions in collaboration with the investment team and leading the integration of acquired businesses to support the platform's expansion. Applicants for the CEO position at the company's services platform should have a background in investment banking, private equity, or a similar deal-driven environment, with a proven track record in evaluating and executing acquisitions. Strong operational leadership, project management skills, and a highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused approach are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or equivalent experience being a plus, and must possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Proficiency in Spanish is also a desirable qualification.
