About the Role

The Company is in search of a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, preserving the values and traditions of the unique fraternal culture, and overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, financial performance, membership growth, product strategy, and long-term sustainability. This highly visible executive leadership role also involves serving as the primary ambassador across the industry, fostering member engagement, and community connection through various initiatives. The CEO will partner closely with the Board of Directors, executive leadership team, and external advisors to drive strategic initiatives, evaluate growth opportunities, and ensure operational excellence. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' senior executive leadership experience, preferably within a member-based, nonprofit, fraternal, or insurance-related organization. A strong understanding of life insurance, annuity products, and insurance distribution channels is essential, as is experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership. The role requires a leader with a proven ability to engage members, serve as a public-facing representative, and a deep commitment to the organization's mission and heritage. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, non-profit management, or a related field, with an advanced degree and Fraternal Insurance Counselor designation being preferred.
