About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic growth, operational maturity, and market expansion. The successful candidate will be a mission-aligned leader with a strong background in scaling organizations, particularly in B2C, edtech, or complex service-driven industries. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-year strategic plan, identifying new revenue streams, and establishing the company as a category leader in the rapidly expanding sector. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in building operational systems, enhancing financial planning, and leading diverse teams with high emotional intelligence. Experience in mission-driven environments and a deep understanding of government programs or compliance-driven markets are preferred. Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial leadership, and team development. The role demands a leader who can build and implement scalable operational systems, improve planning and forecasting, and ensure operational readiness for significant annual growth. The CEO will also be tasked with enhancing the company's market reputation, managing strategic partnerships, and representing the organization with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience leading organizations of 30 to 100+ employees, be adept at fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and be capable of maintaining a highly inclusive, respectful, and mission-driven culture. The position is highly autonomous and requires a leader who can operate with a high level of autonomy while maintaining alignment on major decisions, particularly in partnership with the Founder.
