About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and shape its financial strategy and governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that financial practices are in line with organizational goals and operational excellence, particularly in a dynamic and growth-focused environment. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and accounting standards to maintain transparency and integrity. The CFO will also collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and lead modernization efforts in financial systems to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor of Science degree, with a mandatory CPA certification. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEC or FINRA regulatory frameworks, technical proficiency in derivatives and structured products under US GAAP regulations, and a proven track record in financial systems modernization and technology integration. Strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and experience in regulated financial services environments are essential. The CFO will also be expected to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, and cultivate relationships with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to uphold trust and transparency.
