About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and drive operational excellence within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless client servicing and support across diverse fund structures, as well as driving innovation through the implementation of AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver superior client experiences, overseeing trading activities, and managing relationships with external transfer agencies to ensure compliance with KPIs and operational standards. Key responsibilities for the Head of Operations include managing client interactions, fostering strong relationships with internal teams, and ensuring adherence to fund prospectus requirements and industry regulations. The role also requires the candidate to conduct operational visits and risk assessments for external vendors, support product management initiatives, and provide leadership and mentorship to team members. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years' of experience in managing teams within the financial services sector, and hold mandatory Series 7 and Series 24 certifications. Proficiency in DTCC/NSCC mutual fund processing, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of AI tools for workflow automation are highly preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills are essential for this position.
