About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for an Assisted Living community in Nevada. This role is not about turnaround but rather about leading a high-performance team in a market where the community is the sole senior living destination. The successful candidate will be the Chief Sales Officer, with a focus on growth, and will be responsible for rebuilding the community's vibe and owning the town by being the face of senior living in the area. The ideal Executive Director will have a strong sales background, be a charismatic leader, and be dedicated to building and maintaining community relationships to ensure the continued success of the business. The Executive Director will work closely with a long-tenured Wellness Director, allowing them to concentrate on the growth and culture aspects of the role. The position requires an individual with a strong operational background who genuinely enjoys the outreach part of the job. The role is pivotal in maintaining the community's 100% occupancy and requires a leader who can build morale and get the team to work in unison. The Executive Director will be expected to have an active Nevada license and must be prepared to take on the responsibilities of a Captain, leading with energy and charisma.
