About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial planning and accounting practices. The CFO will be expected to have excellent critical thinking, forecasting, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong business acumen and work ethic. A hands-on leader who values a team mindset and can create positive relationships with staff, physicians, and executive leadership is essential. The role requires a leader who can prioritize, delegate, and execute tasks efficiently, and who is dedicated to the financial performance and overall direction of the organization.
