The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a data-informed enrollment management plan that aligns with the institution's mission, meets enrollment goals, and diversifies student streams. This role involves defining and achieving enrollment outcomes, developing recruitment strategies using digital marketing and CRM tools, and leveraging financial aid to support the enrollment process. The VP will also be tasked with ensuring the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in all decision-making and strategies, as well as overseeing student retention and success. Candidates for the Vice President of Enrollment Management position at the company should have a master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in enrollment management at a director level or higher.
