About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for its tech and telecom staffing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the overall sales strategy, with a strong focus on revenue growth and new client acquisition. This role involves leading, managing, and developing the business development team, setting targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The Head of Sales will also be tasked with identifying and pursuing strategic client relationships, particularly in the tech, telecom, and broadcast sectors, and will be expected to negotiate high-value contracts with enterprise and mid-market clients. Collaboration with recruitment operations and delivery teams is essential to ensure a seamless client experience and retention. Applicants for the Head of Sales position should have a proven track record in sales, with at least 7 years' experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity within staffing, recruitment, or professional services. The role requires a candidate with strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A deep understanding of the technology and/or telecom talent landscape is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of executing tactically, and will possess outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. This is a pivotal role for a commercially sharp and strategically focused individual to make a defining impact and lead the sales function of an established, globally-backed recruitment brand.
