About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its well-established, diversified engineering services organization. The CEO will be responsible for the overall financial, client, people, and safety direction and performance, and will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to maximize operating performance. This role involves organizing the company's business units to enhance synergies, energizing a large team of employee-owners, and representing the company to the public and industry. The successful candidate will have a documented track record of driving growth and profitability, with a preference for those with experience in the utility and power generation industry. Strong corporate finance, performance management, and governance skills are essential, as is an entrepreneurial mindset and a history of working in a senior executive position. The ideal CEO for the company will have a background in mechanical, energy, or engineering services, and will be expected to bring an established history of success in a similar environment. The role requires a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, outstanding organizational and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as finance, marketing, and public relations is also important. The CEO will be supported by a strong balance sheet and a committed Board of Directors, and will have the opportunity to transform the business and drive significant growth and increased profitability through both organic measures and M&A activity.
