Applicants for the Head of End User Services position at the company should possess extensive experience in leading enterprise-scale end user services or digital workplace organizations, particularly in supporting large global employee populations. A deep understanding of Windows ecosystems, Citrix, Azure, endpoint management, and enterprise support operations is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in driving operational transformation, service modernization, and a strong familiarity with AI agentic platforms, LLM-enabled workflows, and automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services or highly regulated industries, exposure to digital employee experience platforms, and a background in ITSM frameworks and enterprise support best practices. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management skills, and ITIL certifications or related service management credentials are also necessary.
