About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice Chancellor for Alumni and Constituent Engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to foster strong relationships with alumni and other key stakeholders. This includes creating and executing programs that enhance the sense of community and support for the institution, as well as leading efforts to engage alumni in meaningful ways that contribute to the mission and goals of the university. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in alumni relations, development, or a related field, and will be adept at building and maintaining relationships. A deep understanding of the academic and research environment, as well as experience in a diverse and multicultural setting, is essential. The role requires a visionary leader who can effectively communicate the values and achievements of the institution, and who is committed to the advancement of education and the promotion of a global, inclusive community. A graduate degree is preferred, and a background in higher education is a plus.
