The ideal candidate will have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, be a seasoned principal gift fundraiser, and have a deep understanding of the philanthropic and business communities. Experience in leading a team, mentoring, and a commitment to inclusive excellence are essential. The role requires superior communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to think strategically, manage projects, and utilize data-driven insights. A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree being desirable, and the candidate should be tech-savvy and experienced in digital fundraising practices.
