About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in the growth and scaling of the business. This senior leadership position is not for someone who simply maintains dashboards; it is for a strategic and hands-on leader who will be at the center of Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, creating the systems, processes, and insights that drive smarter decisions and predictable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the Revenue Operations function, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing leadership, and improving funnel visibility, forecasting, and pipeline management. A key aspect of the role is to build automations and workflows that eliminate manual processes, as well as to own and optimize HubSpot and GTM systems. Applicants for the Head of Revenue Operations role at the company should have 5-8 years' experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar field, with a strong background in high-growth SaaS environments. The role requires a candidate with strong HubSpot expertise, experience in supporting both Sales and Marketing teams, and a comfort level with data, reporting, and business intelligence tools. Exposure to SQL, automation tools, or workflow building is advantageous, and previous management or team leadership experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a builder mentality, enjoy solving operational problems, and be excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up.
