The role involves leading service and engagement teams, placemaking and facilities planning, and outreach, with a strong emphasis on frontline or public services, facilities, and community engagement. Applicants for the Assistant Dean position at the company should have a master's degree in Library and Information Science or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in libraries or similar institutions. The role requires a leader with a unifying vision, capable of guiding a holistic strategy that meets the evolving needs of the community.
