About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key driver of financial strategy, ensuring transparency, and shaping organizational performance in collaboration with various teams. This role is pivotal in modernizing the finance function, leading long-term financial planning, and developing strong partnerships to enhance financial understanding and performance alignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including treasury, accounting, budgeting, and tax, and will be expected to optimize cash flow, banking relationships, and capital allocation strategies. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with a master’s degree preferred, and 5-10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience. Strong knowledge of financial systems, regulatory compliance, and a proven background in fiscal strategy are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations or physician group practice environments, expertise in financial analysis, and outstanding communication skills. Day-to-day responsibilities also include mentoring the finance team, driving continuous process improvement, and effectively communicating financial matters to stakeholders at all levels. The CFO will play a critical role in the company's growth and innovation, and as such, a background in change management and process improvement, as well as confidence in working with boards and senior stakeholders, is highly valued.
