About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of AI Strategy and Enablement to spearhead the definition and execution of its enterprise-wide AI roadmap. This pioneering leadership role demands a professional who can seamlessly integrate business priorities, technology execution, vendor strategy, and practical AI adoption. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the enterprise AI product strategy, building and prioritizing a practical AI roadmap, and translating business needs into AI product requirements. Close collaboration with senior technology and operations leadership is essential to identify high-value AI use cases, prioritize initiatives, and guide the development and rollout of AI and LLM-enabled solutions across various business functions. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, technology, product, engineering, or business analysis, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI, ML, LLMs, or enterprise AI implementation. The role requires a strong understanding of the AI product lifecycle, deployment, integration, and adoption, as well as technical fluency in areas such as APIs, architecture, model selection, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, asset management, or investment management, and experience in buy-side investment management workflows. Skills in Python, prompt engineering, model training, data platform exposure, and knowledge of platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric are also highly valued. The Head of AI Strategy and Enablement will be instrumental in driving AI adoption, establishing scalable AI enablement practices, and may also be involved in building and managing a small AI team over time.
