About the Role

Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in fund accounting or similar professional roles. The role requires a proven track record in leadership, extensive knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory compliance, and experience with accounting systems such as Geneva. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is a background in automation, workflow improvement, or systems implementation. The Head of Accounting Transformation will be at the forefront of driving innovation and operational excellence, and will play a key role in strategic initiatives, including new fund launches and system integrations.
