About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President to spearhead the development of cutting-edge credit risk management tools and AI-driven platforms. This pivotal role demands a leader who can seamlessly integrate credit risk, risk analytics, and technology to create scalable solutions that significantly enhance risk measurement, monitoring, and decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leading the end-to-end development of risk platforms, and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for automation and tooling. A key focus will be on the development of solutions that support exposure measurement, limit monitoring, stress testing, and portfolio analytics, as well as driving the adoption of these tools through effective stakeholder engagement, training, and change management. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in financial services, with a strong background in credit risk, including counterparty risk, exposure metrics, and portfolio risk. Experience in delivering risk tools, data platforms, or AI-driven products is essential, as is a solid understanding of product management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum. The role also requires a deep understanding of AI/ML applications within financial services and a proven track record of strong stakeholder management and communication skills. The Vice President will be at the forefront of embedding AI into risk processes, such as data aggregation, anomaly detection, and reporting insights, and will be instrumental in driving the adoption of these advanced technologies across the organization.
