A background in K-12 education, particularly in a Christian setting, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a teaching background, a strong Christian foundation, and a leadership style that is strong, patient, and steady. They must be adept at establishing clear administrative systems, maintaining a visible presence in the community, and supporting staff in a collaborative and discerning manner. The role also involves partnering with the Board in key operational activities and overseeing the spiritual formation of the school community.
