About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in the organization's next phase of expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational finance, be adept at capital markets, and possess the strategic acumen to guide enterprise-level decisions. Building and maintaining relationships with external financial partners, as well as creating the financial structure to support the company's scale, are also essential aspects of the role. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA strongly preferred, and at least 10 years of senior finance leadership experience. A proven track record in capital strategy, fundraising, and financial management is required, with a preference for those with experience in infrastructure, business services, industrial services, construction, telecommunications, or related sectors. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong business judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence, capable of thriving in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities include financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning, as well as preparing investment materials and executive presentations for strategic discussions. The CFO will also be expected to assess market conditions, risk factors, and strategic opportunities that impact the company's growth and capital strategy.
