About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for its Global Order to Cash function. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the end-to-end global order-to-cash engine, leading a global team at the forefront of revenue and operational transformation. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in order-to-cash, revenue operations, or finance operations within complex, global organizations, particularly those with subscription-based or recurring-revenue business models. The Senior Director will own the full O2C lifecycle, from order management to cash application, and will be a key partner to sales and legal in deal structuring and contract execution. A deep understanding of revenue recognition principles, particularly ASC 606, and extensive experience in SOX-controlled, audit-intensive environments are essential. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in relevant functions, with a focus on driving change, process standardization, and automation. The role requires a leader with strong cross-functional influence, executive visibility, and the ability to balance operational stability with transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead globally distributed teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A strong systems orientation, experience in process design, and a data-driven approach to KPIs are also necessary. The Senior Director will be expected to demonstrate a pragmatic, resilient, and adaptable leadership style, capable of operating effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
